Silent Cry is a contemporary thriller set in London. A young woman (Emily Woof), is told her newborn baby died overnight in a

hospital but she refuses to accept it and the only person willing to believe her is a hospital caretaker, Daniel (Douglas Henshall).

Traumatised, Rachel returns to the hospital where she discovers a baby's nametag that belongs to a prostitute called Joanne Dreyer
and Rachel is convinced she has stolen her own baby. But time is running out for Rachel and Daniel as a sinister police detective, Betts, is closing in on them and seems to have very personal reasons for getting to Joanne first.

Pursued relentlessly through the seedy streets of London, Rachel and Daniel begin to uncover corruption at the very heart of the medical world that will ruin hundred of peoples' lives if exposed.
Eventually the trail leads to her old family doctor who can help reunite Rachel with her baby but not before she uncovers some shocking secrets that bring into question her very own identity as well as her role as a new parent.
